Why an anesthesiologist?
Anesthesiologists place needles and catheters next to nerves and vessels under ultrasound every working day. It is the specialty where image-guided anatomy work is not a marketing phrase — it is the job.
The WIDR physician brings that discipline to a procedure that most injectors perform blind. Before every session, the WIDR physician visualizes the tissue planes and the dorsal vasculature on ultrasound, then plans the cannula path around exactly what was just seen — and rescans after placement to confirm depth and distribution. Years of experience with soft-tissue injection means the shaping is done by someone who understands how product behaves in tissue, not just where to put it.

Honest candidacy
WIDR has no sales staff and no commissions. The only person you speak to is the physician who would treat you, paid the same whether the answer is yes or no.
That structure exists on purpose. In the WIDR physician's view, the ethical failure in this field is not the procedure — it is selling a modest package to a man who wants a large result, or treating someone whose expectations cannot be met. Every WIDR consultation ends with a written, non-guaranteed roadmap: recommended starting tier, likely number of sessions, timing, and the realistic total investment. If the honest answer is "this is not for you," you will hear it, and the consultation will still have cost you nothing.

Two indications, one technique
Girth enhancement. HA filler blended with a proprietary Placental Protein Matrix, placed by blunt cannula with ultrasound-assisted anatomy mapping, staged over one to three sessions.
Mild-to-moderate Peyronie's curvature. Asymmetric, ultrasound-assisted placement on the concave side to improve the visible curve while adding girth — for stable, appropriately selected cases.
Both are non-permanent and reversible. Both start with a video consultation conducted by the WIDR physician.
