Packages are priced by syringe count. Which tier fits you — and whether you will likely need a staged plan — is decided with Dr. Kamat at a $100 video consultation (credited toward treatment), and put in writing before you commit to a package.

What a realistic total looks like
Most men who want a clearly noticeable change plan for two to three sessions. Here is how the math typically works, so there is no surprise later.

Ranges are illustrative. Your written roadmap will state the recommended starting tier, likely number of sessions, timing, and estimated total for your anatomy and goal. Session counts and results vary; none are guaranteed.
Upgrades, staging, maintenance, and reservations
- Six-month upgrade credit
- If you choose to upgrade within six months of your first WIDR treatment, 100% of the amount paid for your prior package is credited toward the published price of the higher package. You pay only the difference. This may be used once, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Staged treatment
- Dr. Kamat determines whether an additional session is part of your documented initial plan. A return at six months may be a planned second stage rather than "maintenance." Continuation pricing for a documented staged plan is set individually at consultation and stated in your roadmap.
- Maintenance
- After completing your initial plan, returning patients within 24 months may be eligible for maintenance at $650 per syringe, with a four-syringe minimum. Dr. Kamat assesses retained filler, anatomy, and goals before recommending volume. Maintenance is individualized, not set by a calendar.
- After 24 months
- A new evaluation and current package pricing apply.
- Treatment reservation
- Once candidacy is confirmed, a $1,000 refundable reservation payment holds your in-person Miami appointment and is applied in full toward treatment. If refunded, card-processing fees are withheld.
- Payment and financing
- Packages are paid directly to WIDR. WIDR does not currently offer in-house financing. Starting with Essential and using the six-month upgrade credit is the built-in way to stage the investment without paying twice.
- Consultation
- $100 Medical Video Consultation. A 20–30 minute private video call with Aimee Kamat, MD, credited in full toward any treatment booked within 90 days. Not refunded if you are found not to be a candidate — the fee covers the physician's assessment. No follow-up sales calls; there is no one on staff to make them.

Why price by syringe instead of by inch?
Because the number of syringes is a fact and the inch is an estimate. Tissue response varies. Pricing by volume placed keeps the quote honest; the roadmap states the typical gain that volume may produce for you.
Are there hidden fees — consultation, facility, follow-up?
Almost none. The $100 consultation fee is credited toward treatment, the package price includes the treatment session and aftercare guidance, and follow-up questions go by email to the owner at no charge.
How does WIDR compare to PMMA or fat transfer on cost?
Permanent options can look cheaper per session but are far harder to revise or reverse. HA filler is dissolvable, which is the safety margin you are paying for. We cover this in detail in the method.
Can I pay in installments?
Not through WIDR at this time. The tiered structure and six-month upgrade credit exist so you can begin conservatively and build without losing what you have already paid.
