What we collect
When you submit a form or email us, we receive what you send: name or initials, email address, and your message. Booking through our scheduling system collects the details needed to hold an appointment. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read; IP addresses are anonymized where the tool allows.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule consultations and treatment, and provide care. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not call or text you.
Medical information
Clinical information shared during consultation or treatment is handled as protected health information under applicable law and stored in our electronic medical record. Website forms are not intended for detailed medical information; please save that for the consultation.
Retention and your rights
Website inquiries are retained as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You may request a copy or deletion of your website inquiry data by emailing hello@getwidr.com. Medical records are retained as required by Florida law.
